The New Zealand Gift & Homeware Fairs are trade only events. Genuine trade buyers only will be admitted to the fair.
All visitors to the fair are to register and wear their Entry Pass which must be visible at all times.
XPO Exhibitions reserve the right to refuse admission to the Gift Fair. XPO Exhibitions also reserve the right to revoke registrations at any time where it is deemed necessary.
Pre-registration is free. Each registration made onsite will incur a $20 fee.
No product may be removed from the fair.
As a business event, NZ Gift & Homeware Fairs discourages children under 14 attending the fair. Babies and toddlers (aged 0-3) may be permitted if they are in a single filed pram or carrying device at all times. Please complete a child/infant waiver form at the information desk for all children and prams, and a pass will be provided to be displayed at all times for security. No prams are permitted on to exhibitor stands.
To protect the privacy and confidentiality of exhibitors, no video or still photography is permitted including via mobile phones.
Exhibitors are at the fair to sell their products. No selling or distributing of marketing material to the exhibitors at any time during the fair or within the fair venue.
No smoking anywhere in the venue, please.
Please note - Accompanying Guests have access on the first 2 show days only. There is no admittance for unregistered visitors on the final day of the fair. A guest pass may be obtained from the registration desk. A $20 fee applies.
By completing the registration you agree to be contacted by the organiser regarding the Gift Fairs.
During the Event, you may be photographed or filmed and the images or footage may be used for internal and external promotional purposes. By registering and attending you automatically consent to XPO Exhibitions using photography and video in which you may appear for future marketing.
