 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DRAW ENTRY

1. There are two 12-month Retail NZ Memberships available to be won at the Spring Gift Fair, 24 – 26 August 2025.

2. Each prize will be drawn following the Spring Gift Fair on Thursday 28 August.

3. A valid entrant must be the owner or staff member of a NZ retail business, with a current NZ Gift Fairs visitor registration that has attended the Spring Gift Fair 2025.

4. A valid entrant must have their entry badge scanned at the Spring Gift Fair to be entered into the draw.

5. The prize must be used by the winning entrant or can be transferred to another person working in the same business or organisation. If the prize cannot be used by someone within the same business the prize will be redrawn by the Promoters

6. The promoters reserve the right to verify and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

7. The winner will receive a 12-month membership issued by Retail NZ.

8. By taking part in the prize draw the winner agrees to be interviewed and photographed for various publicity to be used by the NZ Gift & Homeware Fairs.
