Julian Bartram| Shopify's Community Manager based in New Zealand. Julian's role is about helping small business owners get the most they can out of the Shopify platform. A typical day for Julian is meeting one on one with fellow business owners, facilitating merchant meetups, and hosting educational webinars and workshops. Julian is known for his positively blunt style of facilitation and is known to drop regular, tangible knowledge bombs that business owners can take away and utilise on their businesses. Julian is a small business owner who happens to be working for Shopify. He has been using the platform since 2011 which keeps him up to date regarding the platform.

Joining NZ Post three years ago, Chris and his team are responsible for the parcel delivery and logistics products & services that enable many of NZ’s online retailers.  His team is also responsible for NZ Post’s B2B Marketing and have developed resources like the Full Download to help Kiwi businesses better understand eCommerce in NZ and capture their share of the growing online shopping market. 

Chris has spent most of his career working with technology and has a passion for building new products & services.  Prior to NZ Post, Chris was the Chief Operating Officer at Paymark; NZ’s largest payments company providing merchants with both in-store and online payment solutions as well as data insights products.   Chris has an extensive background in the Telco industry and has launched a number of mobile, internet and communications solutions with Vodafone in both NZ and abroad.
