Julian Bartram, Community Manager from Shopify and Small Retailer

Julian BartramBW2

Imagine not having to turn your lights off and your retail shop was open 24 hours a day 7 days a week! That is what it's like when you add e-commerce to your existing retail business. Julian from Shopify will take you through three quick case studies of retailers moving online and the impact it had on their businesses, then he will give you twelve actionable takeaways you can use to set up, power up, and optimise your online store now and into the future. This presentation has something for everyone no matter where you are on your ecommerce journey.

Julian Bartram| Shopify's Community Manager based in New Zealand. Julian's role is about helping small business owners get the most they can out of the Shopify platform. A typical day for Julian is meeting one on one with fellow business owners, facilitating merchant meetups, and hosting educational webinars and workshops. Julian is known for his positively blunt style of facilitation and is known to drop regular, tangible knowledge bombs that business owners can take away and utilise on their businesses. Julian is a small business owner who happens to be working for Shopify. He has been using the platform since 2011 which keeps him up to date regarding the platform.
